Sustainable development seen by OriSTeeL©, awarded in 2010 and
2011 at the SABINE show in Reims.
Sustainable development is first and foremost a philosophy, from the manufacturing of OriSTeeL© lines to SYSCERA© construction.
a)- It is the search for savings at all stages of manufacturing, and then construction. b)- It is upstream the study of machines for manufacturing OriSTeeL© 3D structures, economical and non-energy consuming. c)- It is the rationalization of work at each station, from the production line of structures, to their use on site. d)- It is a very thorough rationalization of the manufacturing of production tools, designed to last a long time. e)- It saves a lot of water for the manufacture of OriSTeeL© lightweight concrete f)- It is the use of lightweight concrete without aggregates, which is very good for the planet. g) - This means limiting large volumes of storage on construction sites, no formwork for the walls, no shuttered walls, no lifting cranes, and it is good for the planet. h) - It's building while being sure not to start all over again with the first storms, and that's good for the planet. i)- It means building a seismic, para-cyclonic home very economically, without thermal bridges, without any added artifice, and it is good for the planet. j)- And finally, it is also the possibility of recycling almost 100/100 of the construction, after having sheltered several generations of inhabitants, in unrivaled thermal and acoustic comfort, and that too, is very good for the planet.
